This skillbuilder will focus on the following objectives:

• Recognise different sources of power and how they show up in everyday workplace situations,

• Reframe power as something that can be used responsibly and positvely,

• Apply alternative sources of power to navigate obstacles,

• Understand how empowerment works.

Please note that this skillbuilder does not include a psychometric or a 1:1 coaching session, and only includes 1 facilitated workshop. We suggest that you complete our full Impact and Influence course to benefit fully from this learning.
