Set in the Scottish Highlands, this is a multiday walkshop where walking, landscape and conversation come together to support deeper thinking. Journeying through natural environments away from the noise, the expectations and the constant demand for answers, you’ll create the space to step back, challenge your assumptions and work out what really matters.
Away from the everyday, you’ll work alongside a small group of peers to explore the questions that don’t get time or attention in day to day leadership:
What really matters now?
Where am I leading from and towards?
What needs to change and what needs to stay?
This is not a programme built around content. It’s built around you, your context and the realities you’re navigating.
No classrooms. No slides. No standard curriculum.
Instead, you can expect:
A co-created experience shaped around what matters most
Real conversations, not case studies
A pace that allows proper reflection, for meaningful insight
A focus on sense-making, not knowledge accumulation
You won’t be given answers. You will be given the space to do the work you need to.
First cohort planned for April 2027
